The more detail you give us, the faster we can help. When reporting an issue, please include:

1. Sakura version — found in Settings
2. Device model and iOS version — e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.2
3. The game you’re having trouble with — including which engine it uses (Settings → Engine, or the badge on its library card)
4. Steps to reproduce — what you did right before the issue occurred
5. Screenshots or screen recordings — especially for anything visual (display filters, layout, overlay)

Many common issues — import failures, crashes, display glitches, save problems, and text rendering — are already covered in Troubleshooting. It’s worth a quick check first; it might save you a trip to Discord.
